-Fixed a bug that caused Slendrina to spawn back-to-back when Teddy was active.
-When Slendrina is set to 0, there is now a brief cooldown before she is allowed to appear when Teddy becomes active. (Offers some time to react to the heartbeat starting up)
-Slendrina's kill speed is no longer instantly maxed out when Teddy is active; instead, it starts out slow, and gradually increases in speed as the heartbeat gets louder.
