Hello again!
Sorry, that took a lot longer than I expected, mostly due to a lot of distractions going on in my life right now.
This time, I only have one new character to show off (I'll make up for it later, don't worry), that being a personal favorite of mine, Hourglass! His behavior is simple, but can throw a wrench in your plans if he's not accounted for. Rarely, he'll pop down from the ceiling while rambling, and display a number on the computer in your office. You'll have a decent amount of time to shut off that camera before he attacks, and then he'll leave. He can ask for any currently active camera to be shut off aside from camera 8.
There's also a brand new mechanic, which can change how you approach dealing with suits. You know it, you probably feel nothing towards it, it's hiding under the desk! Unlike shutting off cameras, hiding under the desk isn't required, but can greatly help you out. Almost any character can be fooled by hiding, in which case they'll leave your office. Sounds too good to be true? Well, there's a catch. No one remains a fool forever. Once you've tricked a character by hiding under the desk, they won't fall for it again until the night's over. Use this mechanic to claw your way out of tricky situations. Just try and make a mental note of who you've already used it on.
Other than that, I've implemented the jumpscares, added in camera static for all characters, implemented character AI, and reworked some of the code to be easier to work with. I'm currently not sure what to work on next, but I'll wait until I have a good amount of content before I post again.
See you guys later!
