Basically you switch to your richrocket and start spinning it. When the very cancerous rodent shoots out his projectiles let go of the spin and parry at the same time,then quickly switch to the nail version thungy of the railgun shoot it at him,and then punch the drill in and stomp the very cancerous rodent.
This should help at speedruns tbh :p
