How come most Sonic-related Sonic.exe-based games have the same set of victims? (Tails, Knuckles, Eggman, and occasionally Amy, Cream, and Sally) Why can't we get a Sonic.exe game with Tangle, Whisper, and Surge from the IDW comics? (just an idea)

This game sucks. It's not getting any updates. The closest thing it'd get to an update is a remaster.
