How did Renan turned into PIBBY: Glitched Renan?

Glitched Nick(@NickcellThePlumberYT) attacked Renan while he was walking down the forest, after that, Renan got possessed by the Glitch from Nick & his body parts started to melt, and his eyes started to Glitch up as well. Now Renan is not himself anymore.
