right, up and camera animations + working main menu

First Sunday post, last week i didnt post anything because there was nothing new to show, now i've modeled two new characters: benny and chica (i havent came with anything yet)

so i have this png image, i delete the alpha channel and clickteam make 2 black colors (FFFFFF and 000008) and i cant make it transparent again without deleting by hand the extra black colors, why this happens and how i can fix it?
