Still don't really see a reason why Roblox is dropping support for Windows 7 and 8.1, and they haven't even made an announcement yet.

Roblox updated the explorer in Roblox Studio, and this is what it looks like now.

It is currently in Beta, so It's not fully released yet.

I really don't see a reason why Roblox is ending support for Windows 7 and 8.1.

Although, I'm not getting the message when I launch Roblox.
