Explain: the star rail update 4.0 was in wednesday, but my tablet was struggle to update so I deleted some of my storage. I try to do it again but it won’t able to, I check my storage to see what is the issue, I found out that Star rail was taking over my storage instead of other apps and photos so I deleted the game and downloaded again normally. The update did work after downloading. Three days later, I pick up my tablet to play star rail however I can’t open my tablet home screen and I realize that touchscreen doesn’t working so I try to restart few times and it won’t able to work. So I have to no choice to buy a new tablet.
