carefully extract the liver and insert it into a large bowl. Put it in the oven and set the degree to 160F. Wait 40 minutes, then extract.

Take the muscles and squeeze the juices out into a container. You may use this also as a dressing. Throw away the muscles.

chop the bones up with a sturdy sharp knife, for bigger bones, use chainsaw. Put bones in oven at 260F for 1 hour
