So a LOT of you have been telling me that this game doesn’t work or won’t launch.

Anyway, a LOT of you have been telling me that you don’t know how to run the game, which is a more appropriate question, because I’m pretty sure the game works. I did test it a lot of times.
I’M THE DEVELOPER AFTER ALL!!! I’M PRETTY SURE IT WORKS!!1!one

In either case, here’s how to launch the game.

Mac:

1. Make sure you have a mac.

2. Open Terminal. (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app)

3. Run the command “python”. (If it doesn’t work, you spelled python wrong, in which case, good job, OR, you have a REALLY old computer)

4. You should see something that looks like this:

Python 2.7.8
[GCC 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5577)] on darwin
Type “help”, “copyright”, “credits” or “license” for more information.

Python 2.7.8 is my python version in this case.

1. Download and install pygame for your python version (pygame.org)

2. Type “quit()” and press enter. (This will close python. CTRL-C doesn’t do anything in this case)

3. Drag the game folder to your desktop.

4. Type “python ~/Desktop/MEGALOVANIA/main.py” and press enter

5. Play the game, and have a bad time.

Windows:

Disclaimer: I don’t own a windows computer

1. Make sure you have a windows.

2. See the steps above, except adapt them for windows. Yay! Just, have someone in the beautiful comments section help you.

Can someone who knows how to do it, please port this game to windows?!?! There’s some software called py2exe, but you need a windows to run it, so yeah.
