- Fixed certain bugs and such that were left in v0.1 and adjusted some character behaviors.

- Dash boost is now only usable at over 50% stamina, making it a little harder to spam over and over

PRESDENT:

-presdent will "remember" the player after 5 successful trips to the white house, meaning he won't send them anymore afterwards. He will greet them once on the sixth time he sees them and then roam around permanently, continuing to affect only hostile NPCs.

CRIMETIME:

-crimetime can only place 3 mats total instead in v1.0 where she could place seemingly unlimited amounts

-crimetime's cooldown is slightly longer than in v1.0

-the mats crimetime place will despawn whenever the player touches them instead of when crimetime finishes her dialogue

-crimetime cannot stack mats anymore. This lead to getting electrocuted multiple times by what looked like one in v0.1

SIR SLOY:

-changed the spraying sound cause it fits what sloy is more than the old one

-made sir sloy slightly slower

RILEY:

-slightly altered the chance that riley will trip whenever she chases you

-slowed riley down a little bit

-gave riley a new animation whenever she trips versus whenever she misses her slap

-there is a window in which you can dash boost away from riley before she hits you (so long as your stamina allows it)

-riley now lowers your stamina when she hits you

MATHBOT:

-made mathbot's cooldown a little slower
