iPhone is now known as uPhone, and their brother is uPad.

Perfume is now "Yellow," and she has a sibling names Pink.

Mattress is still the fatass.

Mechanical Pencil and uPhone are exes.

Notepad, Water Drop, Boxxy, and Diamond still exist, but they have slightly new personalities.

Notepad is the joyful smart one, Water Drop is extremely nonchalant, Boxxy is an arsonist, and Diamond is a bit rude towards others but knows how to calm herself.

New characters such as Water Bottle, Papery (Notepad's sister), Emerald, Vitamins, File, Paintball, Flame, uPad (mentioned above), Pink (Mentioned above), and PIX3LX.
