Seemed like appropriate timing to post this here, I originally drew this back when Star Fox Zero came out (I actually really liked that one)
I actually never really thought about how the tops of Skate's shoes look under the cuffs of his socks, so I thought I'd try fleshing that out. So basically the green part is a tongue confirmed.
