Checked this game out the other night and man, I really enjoyed it!
Condensed thoughts:
The atmosphere was awesome, but I felt like the audio of the game could be a touch louder? It seems pretty low compared to other games, even at full volume. If you're afraid of making it too loud, I wouldn't worry about turning the max volume up a little bit in the next patch, especially since the audio is adjustable in game.
My GOD I can't wait to play Blizzard and Ocean.
I agree with SassJacket on his points about maybe tweaking the Forest's monster, as well as the backtracking and lack of checkpoints. It scared me more when it would appear at random than it did as a game over jump-scare, at least after the first time playing through. This could be remedied a bit by adding additional death attack animations, such as getting grabbed from the side or behind you, though I recognize this would probably be a lot of work.
All in all I'm pretty impressed by the ambiance and overall atmosphere set by what I've seen so far, especially the radio easter egg in the main menu area. It clearly has a lot of potential if you continue to polish it, and I'm looking forward to playing through it some more to try and reach the ending of the demo to help kill time as I wait and watch what this develops into!
