Oh, and of course, I can't recommend Game Makers Toolkit as a game analysis, and also motivational channel enough!
Oxhorn is more specifically fallout, he's very thorough, and somehow manages to still make it interesting, maybe that's more the games though. Anyways, it's how I discovered Fallout.
