I've beat insane mode, and I will tell you my strategy. Leave the cam on the right vent. If you see Freddy in the hallway, and then he leaves, immediately turn off ventilation. Try to rely on sound for Chica, but if you don't hear anyone enter cams and you are perfectly clear, then use the cam to look for her. Never switch off of Chica's cam as the disabled ventilation is activated for both of them at one time.
