I made this chair in Anim8or, does anyone know how to add textures to it?

I didn’t know what to do today, so I remade the model of an old random character of mine, he looks beautiful now

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? The weight-painted rigging in Anim8or is driving me crazy, it makes my models’ arms bend all weird, and I hate it. If you know a solution, tell me in the comments or send me the link to some guide

I didn’t learn how to load the textures properly on the model, so I just gave it a plain color.... well, at least the model looks nice!
