In the last couple of days one of the members of the GameMaker Community (GMC) posted a video feedback for Ix and the Dark Mage based upon the demo that was uploaded last year.
It was great to get this sort of feedback, and brought to my attention several things that I had not really considered during all of my time in building and testing the game.
Based on the video I have taken this feedback on board and started addressing some of the issues. Other have been put on my list to be looked at as part of the main balancing of the difficulty once I have completed the main core of the game.
I think that after this current sprint of work (8-April to 14-April) I will probably look to upload a new demo build which is quite a bit further on than the last demo. It will also include some of the changes that I have decided should be done now, all based on the video feedback.
