Fixes:
Fixed 2013 Bud from not forcing the player out the camera (can sometimes keep them in the camera, unable to get out according to reports).
Fixed 2013 Bud issues where he could appear while the TV is off and still being visible when turning.
Winston’s meow no longer has any delay. Instantly playing upon spawn.
Fixed an issue where some players can’t turn off the TV while on Night 7/Custom Night.
