HUGE update with the game + News


The game looks way better

The game has had a huge upgrade sense the April fools trailer. The upgrade was so huge I was starting to lose FPS. The game now has things like animated backgrounds in the levels instead of being just frozen because that just looked weird and I want this game to be as realistic as possible.

There is now DOF(Dept of field) or in other words Parallax Scrolling with the backgrounds just to feel more realistic and it looks better.

The objects that are in the levels as details are now animated to look better including adding more background sprites to levels.

Voice auditions

The game does have some voices but not a lot but it would be nice to have other people submit auditions to be in the game credits. It's not approved yet on whether they'll be voice auditions and if not than I do every voice. I'll see if it's a smart choice but for now I'm doing most voices.

The game is not coming out today

The trailer I posted was an April fools joke but you know what does come out today that I'm watching, Sonic 2 movie.

Sense the sprite work was awful in this I decided to give him a chance so I drew him in the style of Sonic Mania.

Feel free to use him as an easter egg in your game if you want, just credit me if you do.

Spring Break's on, so hopefully it'll be a nice catch up week for my Youtube and Rotting, here's more progress on the cutscene from the previous post.

Just wanted to say that I'm in exam week rn so until Spring Break I wont really be too active, in the meantime here's the latest on what I've been doing for Rotting. (Still a WIP)
