Ken is genuinely entertaining to play! He's slightly more complex than Ryu with the difference being his kicks and supers but keeping the same playstyle and still remaining one of the basic characters you should totally learn how to play as before trying out anyone else (like Ryu and Akuma). His highlight move is his ability to roll, making him more capable of having follow-ups and cross-ups (hitting your opponent on the opposite direction)

His final battle dialogue, against the one and only Ryu! If no-one knows yet, Ryu is referring to the time he battled against Sagat.

Ryu did a Metsu Shoryuken on him which caused him to be severely wounded, ending up with a huge scar on his chest. This also wakes up Ryu's inner Satsui no Hado powers, which is the reason he goes after Akuma: To get revenge for what he did to his parents and to know about that power of his

And THIS is his ending. So far it's the most wholesome ending I have seen in these games. Ryu helping Ken up does happen in Alpha 3, as an special win animation (Ryu must finish with a Level 3 Super Combo against Ken). The girl you see is his (at that point) girlfriend Eliza, which he meets in his Alpha 1 ending!

--- Fun facts and details

His own stage in Alpha 2 is a party for Eliza's birthday, at it's pretty iconic by the amounts of references to other Capcom games (see Desk's video for more information!)

In Alpha 2: Gold and Zero 2: Alpha, Ken (along with characters like Ryu, Zangief and Dhalsim) has his own EX version which can be used by pressing start on him once. The EX versions of the characters make them more alike to their Street Fighter 2 counterparts.
