I also happen to have proof that it couldn't possibly be University-related.
The "STAND BY" post was posted on the announcements channel of the JOLLY community. If it was University, then it would be breaking its own rules.

Aerodactyl (The Fossil Pokémon)
YIKES this drawing is bad!
probably my worst one yet tbh
...oh yea, the entry!
uhhh i guess he used to dominate the skies before he went extinct?
sorry, i just really hate that drawing.
guess it had to happen one day.

Articuno (The Freeze Pokémon)
One out of the three legendary bird Pokémon around Kanto. It controls ice and snow, and is able to create a blizzard by freezing moisture in the air.
It appears to doomed people in icy mountains. If you see one, RIP.

Kabutops (The Shellfish Pokémon)
Before going extinct, it was in the process of evolving into a land dweller. In water, it's fast and agile. On land... well, same thing.
Ferocious and powerful, this Pokémon hunted its prey by ripping them apart.
im still here...

Moltres (The Flame Pokémon)
The third and last legendary bird. Its wings appear to be made of fire, and its flappings create ember wherever it goes.
It's said that if injured, this Pokémon will dip itself into molten magma to heal itself.
I KNEW THE MENU WOULD BE LIKE THIS

Porygon (The Virtual Pokémon)
The world's very first digital Pokémon! Created in 1995 by Silph Co, it's capable of converting its body into various other types, as well as digitize itself into the cyberspace!
Porygon is also copy-protected.

Snorlax (The Sleeping Pokémon)
Often found blocking the path for no good reason. All it ever does is eat and sleep.
Snorlax will only wake up to eat and isn't satisfied until it eats around 900 pounds of food, then it goes back to sleep.
pinagsama for the arts board (I don't know if this is considered fanart xd)

Omanyte (The Spiral Pokémon)
A prehistoric Pokémon that was long extinct. Luckily, technology has managed to bring its fossilized remains back to life!
It uses the air in its shell to sink and rise from the water.
