What if nbd was just treasure island turned into a horror attraction bought by teens & they just spray painted, modified and clued on weird shi on the suits to make them nightmares?

Why cant I access old blender (specifically 2.79) from the steam version now? is there a new way to switch? I usually did it with the betas selection in the properties but after a update it was just removed...

Is there another way to still do it?

I'm very confused as to why people always feel like they can't like nbd 2016 because it's old & hasnt aged well.

I love nbd 2016 but of course i'm not gonna pretend like it's perfect, I feel there should've definitely been at least one more mechanic.
