Delopium is a permanent human congenital condition present at birth.

People with Delopium are 100% human in:

• biology

• intelligence

• abilities

• lifespan

However, their bodies develop specific cartoon-like traits, most notably:

• Permanent gloves (similar to classic cartoon gloves)

• Sometimes hats that are part of the body, not clothing

• Animal-like appearances (mouse, rabbit, cat, etc.)

Even if they resemble a cartoon animal, they are still human.

The animal look is a visual result of Delopium, not species change.

There is no cure.

• No cartoon physics

Gloves

• White or light-colored gloves

• Gloves are grown, not worn

• Hands inside function like normal human hands

Hats (Sometimes)

• Some individuals grow hat-like structures

• These are organic and part of the body

• Not everyone with Delopium has a hat

Animal Appearance

• May resemble classic cartoon animals (mouse, rabbit, etc.)

• This is purely cosmetic

• Internally and biologically human

Most times during birth, they could have swollen eyes and cutwounds but somehow still live on.
