Want to start a comic. Any personal tip?

Im wether two plots n characters ideas;

A. Fan comic but very retconed with my own vision. Also a whole 'what if' character into the main cast.

B. Fantasy with bits of eketsu anime/manga, based on South America.

Shad having a contained crisis. He needs pats... but also to think frist.
