I decided to make another TF2 weapon concept, this one is a sapper for the spy, called the Demo's Loaner. This weapon looks similar to Demo's scrapped dynamite secondary.

More details in description.

Here are the stats:

+Once placed on a building, it will take 5 seconds on a level 1, 6 seconds on a level 2, and 6.5 seconds on a level 3 (also 4 seconds on a mini) before exploding and destroying the building in one hit.

-Sapper does no damage until it explodes.

+Sapper has 100% more health.

-5 second recharge.

Description: Demo found an old weapon he never uses in the back of his locker, and for some reason he decided to give it to Spy. Spy was skeptical at first, but he found a use for it.
