Reason why is because I wanted her to be casted aside for the two main characters heavily focused on, and looking back she was an oc for a completely different purpose. It is also because in the lore with Fishy, she's completely stuck on a time-loop due to her being in the army which is on a time related disaster with the people who got stuck there unable to actually die unless someone else who was not involved caused the death or by breaking the cycle in some way there in. She can go to extreme powers in her super form, if only her weakness wasn't the skull area where many, I mean MANY things can break the skull if you have alot of force against a human head, in fact I doubt she will survive that much outside.
Also Arrow is fully dead (killed by Sams) until someone saves the timeline where this didn't happen. This is also why Fishy is unfazed on her dying- I don't have much planned for her I think that's enough
