don't worry about the Lightning Racers series; it won't be a complete redesign of Cars. Disney Jr did the same thing with Star Wars and SpiderMan, and they're still the same. So, it will probably be a spin-off of the franchise for kids. Please, don't compare it to the Thomas & Friends redesign. They're two completely different things. I know Thomas & Friends was redesigned because Mattel acquired the rights to the franchise, and with Cars, Disney Jr. makes spin-offs for kids from other franchises. So, please, let's calm down a bit and not see this as a redesign, but as a spin-off. (Also, Pixar and Disney Jr. didn't say it was a redesign) I'm sure the series isn't anything special right now, but... the hate it's getting is excessive
