I have sensitive ears and there's a portion called "war cry" of where there's like this song everyone has to do and the teachers or house captains encourage everyone to be as loud as possible

And by encourage, I mean force them to, if we aren't loud enough we HAVE to do it again and for someone like me with sensitive ears, it hurts, a lot. I can't really cover my ears either, I try to but it's still too loud and that just completely diminished me and I couldn't make it through the day, so I went to the nurse half a period later and I was able to go home

Also, we have to attend these for some stupid fuckkng reason, they're mandatory.

I just fold under pressure, I just curl up into a ball and it's very stressful when I find myself in a situation I can't handle and a very loud environment can also trigger this due to my sensitive ears and autism
