Just a little bit of context.
Imagine a universe where eggman got a little tired of making the same metal Sonic's over and over again and decided to try something new..
He created a new metal Sonic that was extremely self-aware ;he immediately regretted it, as the metal Sonic soon learned lots of stuff from scourge (I guess) and himself too??
Metal Sonic's a prick now, he doesn't hate Sonic and his friends he just doesn't care. But he most definitely hates eggman.
Eggman definitely went back to making the same original metal Sonic...
