guys i feel weird my limbs twitch and shake, my eyes rapidly look around. is something wrong with me am i going insane? ima just get a stuffed bear that reallly calms me when i have a bad thought such as my dad(my favorite parent i never wanna lose because i cant live with out him) dying, and others.
