Animophobia is a Horror/Puzzle game in which you have to survive. Animophobia is a fictional Phobia, which means “The fear of the soulless”.
Each chapter has it’s own place and it’s own way to survive.
None of the chapters are time based, which means that you don’t have to survive some amount of time, instead, in each chapter you are given an objective of opening a door. That door is locked, and to open it, you either have to find a key, or to input the code, and so on. Even though you don’t have to survive some amount of time, some chapters have timers that, when they reach 0, you die.
The game is in 1st person, you look with the mouse, move with WASD, interact with E. Just like a lot of other horror games.
In each chapter, you are given the instructions of how to survive that chapter, given to you by the one and only H.I.M. Why, you might ask?
It also has plot. Everyone who plays the game will get the basic plot, but to further understand what is happening, you have to read the 11 notes that are in the game. The notes do not have to be read, or found. It is completely optional.
The demo, that will come out in a month or two, will have 4 chapters and will be free. It will have a donation option for anyone who wants to contribute to the game’s development. Anyone who donates will be in the credits section, in “Special Thanks”.
