This is a fanmade transformation called super saiyan phoenix there are 5 levels of ssjp ssjp= super saiyan blue evolution ssjp2 = MUI goku ssjp3 = omni god 2 limit bars ssjp4= omni god goku 0 limit bars ssjp (Evolved) Destroyer vegeta = phase 1 this transformation gives an auto heal and regenerates wounds/cells extremely fast to the point where you can use kaioken x2000 without worrying about the drawbacks and when in this form the power of kaioken is multiplied times 2 for example kaioken x 2 + ssjp= kaioken times 4 this transformation allows for easier ki control and its power level is 40,000* POWER ABSORBED THROUGH RITUAL( 5 OR 6 TIMES SSJ) = 740000000000000000 = ssjp this transformation can increase its power level and strength (In all forms) similar to goku black this transformation changes cells to make the transformation better and more efficient for the user (It mutates them for a limited amount of time multiplying all of your abilities times 2 and can allow you to unlock ssjp3) This transformation also make you immune to any type of fire attacks. The weaknesses to this transformation is that in cold areas (Ice cap zone for example) decreases the transformation power level back to ssj1 water can also do this and when in cold areas using kaioken amplifies its drawback by x2 and the healing factor is useless. the phoenix transformation is created by 5 super saiyan gods giving their energy to a super saiyan god creating a super saiyan phoenix. The phoenix king was created via a wish using the dragon balls to make the strongest saiyan 10 times more powerful and give them super saiyan phoenix evolved the person who made the wish thought that goku or vegeta would become the Phoenix king unaware of Broly's existence.
