Okay, so I have finnnnnnllllyyyy finished the initial mechanics of the inventory, aka it opens and closes. I’m working on getting the art for actually inventory look.
After that, I can apply the inventory to all 524 something ships.
and after that, I’m going to continue on the story of the game.
and after working on all the story that I’m going to be working on actually logical ai. because right now their logic is to play at target and if the player is in front then start shooter.
But see I want to exp[and this so that they can randomly patrol and actually have some more complex behaviors. Anyways this will be after I get some more progress on the story with the dialog that I have.

If you look closely you can see that I have changed the smoke trails of shells. they look a lot better than the previous version. This is definitely not the final version as the smoke doesn’t come out fast enough but for now, it’s fine and will work. I’ll get around to reworking it after some of the more important features
Tier 3 Abilities: right now the tier 3 ships have 2/3 of their abilities set up and mostly working. The first is the heal and the second is the slug. But currently, the slug is a veryyyy large slow moving missile that chunks a huge amount of health with a very large cooldown. Here is what it looks like and for comparison, the Tier 3 ships are just as long as the missile.
