To enter it you have to use a fresh copy without saves and click on "Load Save". The level looks like the Mystic Forest area and has the background music from Route 1. Opening the creature pad you find Vinnepot and Sluppy only. And the only creatures you have in your inventory are a lot of "The Creature" creatures, with 1 ATK and 1 DEF. This room only works on the get this one version, and if you save at any point in the real game, this room is gone forever, even if you delete the game and redownload.
