welp on my way to remastering lunar cookie's sprites FOR THE THIRD TIME

well after i am done practicing for a test i have tomorrow

i fixed the miscolored ribbons once again @LUNAR_SKI3S

I was already thinking the blue moon felt off but this looks WAYYYYYY better now
