I got Ipecac on 2nd item room in flash tboi want to know what happens? I got Blighred Ovum as a boss in basement, even though he's a boss IN THE CAVES IN FLASH, and Ipecac in flash wasn't like Ipecac in rebirth, so I DIED I AM FUCKING PISSED OFF
