no clue what to say about kof 2003 idk why so many people don't like it besides the fact the tag team mechanics kinda suck and were roughly implemented (although they would be improved on later in kof xi)

just found out that darkstalkers 3 ex edition has both of donovan's sprites in each d.f. mode (power and charge respectively).. I know they updated him since DS2 and used it in other console ports but im very curious.,., why though?
