after dying at least 6 times to the wall of flesh, 4 of them to restricting myself from using potions because i thought i could dodge (you CANNOT dodge low hp wall of flesh in expert mode,) and the last 2 to being lazy and not building a long enough arena for wall of flesh, i defeated it. every pre-hardmode boss except wall of flesh i beat without using any potions but i had to use them for it because, as i said, WoF's laser attack practically becomes an unavoidable laser beam at low hp

mfw i see people complaining about having 8 gigabytes of ram and talking about 16 gb while i sit in the corner barely even able to play minecraft with 4 gb of ram and 80%+ memory usage as i'm typing this right now:
calamity: tons of content.. but bosses going through rework hell years later, crashes my pc if i try loading it
calamity fables: only three bosses, but they're ridiculously peak and less content means my 4 gb ram can actually run it and not implode
