A birthday party for the birthday girl

(For those wondering why it's so dark, it is in a cabinet in my room that I use as a makeshift dollhouse room)

A work in progress felt project that I am working on. I am wondering if I should make her clothes out of felt or sow them from fabric. It would be nice to make different outfits for her but it would be kinda difficult.
