Dark Star and starlow are related.
they are orphaned siblings who, due to there powers were constantly abandoned by there adoptive parents.
One day they split up, and dr. golden, failing to extract the power of dark star, threw him into dumpster and lit it on fire.
he was soon found by lord amethyst and adopted by him, against LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSES JUDGEMENT!
Starlow was found by shadow-omb and corrupt on a scouting mission, and was then made corrupts little sidekick child.
