Chica's Magic Rainbow vs Dimentio (FNAF World vs Super Paper Mario
One-off reality-warping antagonists from spin-off RPG games who at first don't seem to act a major role, being just another nuisance or enemy that the protagonists face, but later on became the final boss of their game, primarily after taking out (or at least attempting to take out) the once-believed "final" boss of the game (Count Bleck and Purplegeist). However, both were eventually defeated and went out with a bang, literally.
Oh and both are strangely OP af
