I just realised how hard making a Chara Story Fangame would be, even if you just made it as an ending that you get to the capital and make a happy family, the entire way to the castle needs original new characters practically.
Papyrus and Sans? Not there
Toriel? Not in the Ruins so an empty area unless you add some character or a few.
Undyne? At the least rather young but probably not alive yet so new character for waterfall as well.
Alphys? Same as Undyne.
The only thing you can have some easier way into making is Gaster as it's one character you don't have to make up yourself.
Muffet? She looks young, ofc she wasn't alive back then-

One thing has caught my attention, Sans could be either: a) firing up Frisk to kill Asgore
b) really believing Asgore would destroy humanity with 7 souls
c) wanting Frisk to actually give up on fighting Asgore and stay in The Underground (manipulation)
