It is a comic in a timeline where the joker succeds to kill ALOT of people and batman successfully kills him but he gets exposed to a toxin which CHANGED HIS OWN BRAIN and made him more of an insomniac then the joker himself and he kills more people and even has Robin slaves but the art on this is great but still disturbing this was made by DC themselves as an official comic
