keeping the inevitable "person who gets angry at game artstyle" in mind i've made it so you can force the game to run at full resolution. the visuals weren't made for anything above 320x180 though so don't expect things to look that good in 1080p

-- good first post here would be showing my new netcode at work, and what better way then with some good old watermelon soccer? this is my first time doing my own netcode beyond just "player move" so it was a headache, but it's working well now!
