I know one of my friends that was stuck on arkham asylum dr youngs office, so, to get there, go into the records room and go on one of the stairs there should be a door to the right go in and search the room for a vent. you can pro go on from their :)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
