New oc time!! This is Katta, she's Quotas roommate and step-sister. Kattas father married Quotas mother fairly recently, both katta and Quota were above 16 when their parents got married. They get along well, hence why they're roommates!

I managed this, somehow. The comments and time stamps are all to the video I'm allegedly watching, but that ain't snapcube lol
