Open Ibis Paint (or any drawing software) and set the size of the canvas to 100 × 100 (It can also be any size, but it can be 100 × 100 as default and stuff)
When creating your silly, you can use the SNESS colour pallete (A.K.A. Super Mario World pallete)
Then start designing. I mostly get ideas from Pinterest (no-brainer) and stuff I see while I'm minding my own buisness. I don't really do shading for my sillys btw.
And after you done it. Save it as a transparent PNG. And give a name and stuff.
