i'll drop the lore for migratory omnibane only from now on

lore: migratory omnibane has been getting sick and tired of being called as an cerberus rip-off so he decided to get plastic surgery to get an another head for him to have 4 heads, hopefully making sure he'll not be made fun of ever again.

also phase 2 for migratory omnibane is now scrapped
