MORNING ROUTINE
5:30AM: wake up, read for 15 minutes
5:45AM: get dressed and ready
6:00AM: write 2-3 paragraphs for my book or crochet 2-3 bracelets
6:15AM: continue reading for 15 minutes
6:30AM: get breakfast (will decide what breakfast will be later cos i'm lazy)
7:00AM: crochet/draw for about 12 minutes
7:10AM: read my Spanish beginner book for 30 minutes
7:40AM: drink some water and sketch some designs on my art apps for 20 minutes
I know it is a lot! My plan is to start with simply waking up that early for 10 days, and gradually add the steps every 5 or so days. I won't overwork myself, I promise, so don't worry. I will also take a 1-2 day break if I ever feel overwhelmed with the schedule. I know how much a big change can do to the human brain and body, but I'm willing to do it anyways. I just want to have a healthier lifestyle, is all!
